„Az Európai
Unió Bíróságának jogértelmezési módszerei”
című kötetet bemutató, angol és
magyar nyelvű online konferenciára.
2022 tavaszán a HVG-ORAC Kiadó – új nevén ORAC Kiadó – gondozásában jelent meg Koen Lenaerts (az Európai Unió Bíróságának elnöke és az Európai Unió jogának professzora a Leuveni Egyetemen), valamint José A. Gutiérrez-Fons (az Európai Unió Bíróságának jogi referense) tollából „Az Európai Unió Bíróságának jogértelmezési módszerei” című kötet. Büszkék vagyunk arra, hogy ez a mű az eredeti, „Les méthodes d’interprétation de la Cour de justice de l’Union européenne” című könyv első más nyelvre, magyarra lefordított kiadása. A kötet az uniós jog iránt érdeklődő jogászoknak, egyetemi oktatóknak és hallgatóknak olyan elméleti útmutatót kínál, amely lehetővé teszi számukra az Európai Unió Bírósága ítéleteinek könnyebb megértését, továbbá hasznos gyakorlati segítséget nyújt a jogi hivatásrendek mindazon szakemberei számára, akik munkájuk során az uniós jog értelmezési problémáival szembesülnek.

The ORAC Publisher and the Hungarian HUB of the European Law Institute cordially invite you
to an online conference in English and Hungarian on
the "Methods of interpretation of the Court of Justice of the European Union".
In the spring of 2022, the book "The Methods of interpretation of the Court of Justice of the European Union" was written by Koen Lenaerts (President of the Court of Justice of the European Union and Professor of European Union Law at the University of Leuven) and José A. Gutiérrez-Fons (Legal Secretary of the Court of Justice of the European Union), published by HVG-ORAC Publishing House, now ORAC Publishing House. We are proud of the fact that this work is the first Hungarian translation of the original book "Les méthodes d'interprétation de la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne". It provides lawyers, academics and students interested in EU law with a theoretical guide to help understand the judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union and offers useful practical assistance to all legal practitioners who are confronted with problems of interpretation of EU law in their work.
